I am writing in connection with the invoice (#64783) which you emailed me yesterday.
I'd just like to know if the client is aware of the 'extra charges' you have applied to his account. Could you also tell me if the client is entitled to a 15% discount? I believe this size of discount only applied to customers who had been with us for more than three years.
Please would you confirm these issues as soon as possible?
