e) In response to your claim (November, 16 2018) about the short-delivery of polystyrenes in the last consignment under Сontract No 35/416 we inform you that we have thoroughly studied the situation and checked all the documents (shipping specification and quality certificate).
Unfortunately, recently our factories have not been producing polystyrenes of the specified quality, so we will have to refund the cost of the undelivered goods.
The amount of 2075$ will be credited to your account in the near future.
