INFORMATION FOR SUBSCRIBERS TO TIME MAGAZINE
ADDRESS CHANGES
A Change of Address form is attached for your convenience. Simply fill in your new address and its effective date and mail it in a stamped envelope, along with your current address label, to our Customer Service Department. Please allow four weeks notice.
PAYMENT
Invoices are generated about a week before they are mailed. Add delivery time to this and it is possible that your payment could cross in the mail with our invoice. If, however, you receive an invoice more than four weeks after you have paid, please write to our Customer Service Department enclosing a copy of the invoice and proof of payment.
DELIVERY
TIME Magazine is printed in Weert, the Netherlands on Sunday and enters most European postal systems on Tuesday with the expectation of a Thursday delivery. This may vary depending on local postal services.
RENEWALS
You may renew your subscription at any time. However, we will notify you a few months before your subscription expires. Again, as with invoices, it’s possible to receive a notice to renew after you have already sent in your renewal instructions.
